At Golzar Home, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. We understand that occasionally, items may need to be returned or exchanged due to various reasons. Therefore, we have established a comprehensive return policy to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for our valued customers.

To ensure acceptance of your return, it is necessary for the item to be in its original packaging, unopened, and accompanied by the original receipt within 7 days of the purchase for a full refund. Golzar Home Corp. reserves the right to decline returns of items that lack packaging, are damaged, or show signs of use or installation.

Please reach out to us at and include a copy of your receipt along with the reason for the return. Our team will carefully review your request and get in touch with you accordingly. Upon confirmation, the refunded amount will be credited back to the initial payment method.

Please note: Shipping and delivery charges are not eligible for refunds.

All items marked as sale, clearance, or custom orders are considered final sale.

Customers are accountable for covering all shipping costs associated with returning products under the FREE shipping promotion. Golzar Home Corp. can coordinate product pickups from customers; however, any relevant shipping fees will be subtracted from the refundable amounts.

A 15% restocking fee will be imposed on all returned products initiated after 7 days from the delivery date.

We provide refunds for merchandise returned in its original condition, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, within 7 days of pickup.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please be aware that shipping and handling fees linked to your order are non-refundable.



You can make an exchange within 20 days of your initial purchase. To facilitate the exchange process, the item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging along with the original receipt.

Items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged if:


  • Scratched or broken
  • Missing the original receipt
  • Missing the original packaging
  • Shows signs that item has been previously installed
  • Clearance Products
  • Products identified as defective


Golzar Home Corp. grants customers the right to thoroughly inspect purchased products upon pickup or delivery.

Customers are required to inspect all products for accuracy upon delivery or pickup. Any items reported as damaged or missing after delivery or pickup will not qualify for returns or exchanges.

If incorrect or defective items are received and reported within 48 hours, a return shipping label will be provided to the customer, or pickup/delivery will be arranged. The replacement order will be processed once the incorrect item has been returned.
